SY Mirabella
Our boat
MIRABELLA is an X-482 built in the late 90’s by the Danish shipyard X-Yachts. She is ‘ready to go’, very well equipped with solar panels, watermaker, lithium batteries, autopilot and everything else we need:

By a happy coincidence, we found out at the end of February that Mirabella is up for sale. André, Eva Maria, Jaël and Amina would return to Europe after five years of sailing around the world. What a great opportunity! So we made a down payment after we got to know Mirabella — still in the Caribbean anchored on the shores of Guadeloupe — via a video call.
We only saw her in person at the end of June in Imperia, where we also got to know the previous owners. Mirabella is the perfect yacht for our voyage and has been more than tested in over 50,000 nautical miles by André and his family — learn more about their incredible voyage here.
